We will only be having the 8:30 am and 4:15 pm classes today

Row 2001 meters
Then 11 reps of the following:
Box Jumps (36″/24″)
Thrusters (#125/85 40+ 105/75)
Burpee Chest to Bar Pull-ups
Power Cleans (#175/120 40+ 155/105)
Handstand Push-ups
Kettlebell Swings (#70/50)
Toes to Bar
Deadlifts (#175/120 40+ 155/105)
Push Jerk (#110/75 40+ 95/65)
Row (or Run) 2001 meters

If you started with the row, then you finish with the run.
2001 meter run = 1.25 miles
