Hang clean work (20 min)

Strength - work up to a x2 as heavy as possible

Skill -  Work on the second pull! Extending through the heels pulling deep into the hip pocket assisting with a strong shoulder shrug and high pull allowing the athlete to pull themselves into a deep squat under the bar!
