25 Double unders
RX+ ascending muscle ups to start each round x1 (ring or bar).
If you can't get the RX plus then no worries its just an added measure. Hit the Rx or scale weight on KBS if necessary but get the body moving!
As always the double unders to singles are 2 to 1.
