Power snatch/Burpee ladder

Thursday we work on some snatch work and then get into an ascending ladder. We have had a really good work load this week! Tomorrow we throw in an Oly movement in the workout! Form is everything in this workout when moving the bar to get into the Power Snatch. Please work on being consistent with the prescribed weight or modify the weight as needed. Keep pushing strong!!!
