Ten rounds for time of:
-Run 150 meters
-7 Chest to bar pull-ups (S: pull-ups)
-7 front squats (135/95) (S: 95/65)
-7 Handstand push-ups (S: feet on box)
*Teammates can do together but both run and take turns starting each round. So ex. rd one partner 1 does run, C2B and HSPU and partner 2 runs and does front squats then rd 2 partners switch.
