Memorial Day Murph

Saturday, May 28th we will be having a memorial day workout dedicated to Lt. Michael Murphy. In honor of his sacrifice to his country we will endure the struggle of the Hero WOD Murph in order to honor him. By doing this, we remember him and his legacy lives on! 

The gym will open up at 9am. We will get in a group warm up. Yes, you can do it as a team if you would like or you may do it individually! If you serve/served as a first responder in any shape form or fashion, we ask that you wear your uniform in order to show off the Shear pride of what you do for our community and country. 

After everyone finishes the workout, we will break out the grill, fire it up and toast to the men and women who serve, have served, or like LT Murphy, have paid the ultimate sacrifice. 

Brawts and brew provided. Bring sides and drink of choice!

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

*Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
