Nutrition Course & Weight Loss Challenge

Coach Tiff will be holding a nutrition seminar on July 23 @ 8am before Saturday class. She will be discussing all types of healthy information as well as how important hydration is! If you have constantly wondered “what should I be putting in my body and how much?”, this would be the perfect time to find out.

Following the nutritional seminar we will be holding a body fat loss percentage/ and muscle growth competition to see how well everyone does! The competition will not put your weight on blast. The information posted will either show how much body fat percentage you have lost or how much your muscles have grown based on training and eating correctly. Prizes will be given out following the conclusion of the event.
