We are going to be supporting Camp Happy Days. It is a non-profit based out of West Ashley that helps support families with children battling cancer. They have many ways you can support them, we are choosing to do a monetary donation.
They have told me that one of the biggest concerns for the families every year is money for food and gas. They of course try to spend the holidays with their kids, but it is not in the comfort of their own homes like the rest of us, it is at the hospital. The children are here in Charleston at MUSC and their families are spread out across the state of South Carolina. They are already struggling financially with hospital bills, they should not have to worry about if they will be able to spend the holidays with their child.
I have posted an informational flyer in the box that tells you about Camp Happy Days and I have attached the link to the website below if you would like more information. Please give all donations to a coach and we will put it in the collection and remember if you donate a minimum of $50 you will get a free pair of wrist wraps (the sign up sheet for wrist wraps is right next to the informational flyer).
